Piano Technician

Andrew Gillispie is a Piano Technicians Guild registered piano technician and a graduate of the North Bennet Street School’s Piano Technology program. He has been working on pianos for about ten years. At the North Bennet Street School his final project was completely restoring a Steinway model A from 1905 for the Boston Public Library. After working in Boston and Washington State for a while he decided to settle his business in New Mexico. He is available for piano tuning, piano repair, and piano restoration services in Santa Fe, Albuquerque, and surrounding areas.

Andrew did a great job completely re-tuning and raising the pitch of our piano to the proper level. He also made minor repairs to realign the strike of a hammer to fully resonate the string.
